Data Base Development: ACT! for Business Brokers solutions enables us to organize buyer, seller, and property information in one place; manage daily responsibilities from listings to inquires; and communicate effectively using custom templates. It also helps to communicate easily and effectively with buyers and sellers for more professional and consistent contact, and easy referencing of communications sent.

E-mail Marketing: We utilize the software through our Act Data Base sending e-mail blasts to specific targeted buyers which delivers our personalized messages. The program provides the tools to create e-mail templates sent directly from our data base to our contacts through our automated contact management system which integrates with outside data sources to qualify our contacts.

Strategic Marketing: GBS will strategically target market specific potential buyers in your related industry.  We work with several mailing houses and direct marketing agencies that specialize in sales leads, mailing lists and business credit reports. By identifying SIC codes and developing a comprehensive prospect lists we are able to reach a large audience with a personalized letter by targeting the decision maker presenting the business for acquisition.  We also send confidential e-mails to specific prospects and prepare the “teaser” letter.
